Job Position Description:

The Business Development Manager shall be responsible for managing, supporting and supervising the acquisition of new projects and project bids. He shall also be responsible for marketing the establishment. The position reports to the Chief Operating Officer

Role Specific Requirements:

• Initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market
• Clarify goals and reach agreement maintaining the interests of all parties
• Proactively develop and improve products and services
• Discuss strategic and sensitive issues
• Understand clients’ needs
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients

Required Skills or Experience

Minimum Qualification:

• 5- 10 years working experience with 3 years relevant work experience in similar role
• First Degree in real business administration, accounting or finance
• MBA a plus
• Good oral and written communication
• Strong IT background in  MS suite
