Job Purpose:
To provide operational support for the achievement of the objectives of the Indexing and Registration Directorate.
Duties and Responsibilities:
To provide operational support for the achievement of the objectives of the Indexing and Registration Directorate.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receives applications for registration
- Maintains files of registered Nurses, Midwives and Auxillaries
- Collects data for the preparation of annual work plan for the registration directorate
- Compiles and stores data of applicants
- Collects data for the compilation of periodic and annual reports on registration
Required Skills or Experience
- Must be a Registered Nurse and or Midwife with valid licence to practice
- A minimum of First Degree in a relevant field
- At least two (2) years post registration (clinical) work experience in a reputable institution, including National Service
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Team player
- Knowledge in procurement and labour regulations
- Good computer skills
- Good knowledge in Nursing and or Midwifery practice
