Job Description
- Planning upgrades, operating and maintaining the company's servers
- Implementing Systems and Controls, ensuring only authorized users have access to company systems
- Specifying the recommended changes in Technology and Systems to ensure optimal service delivery
- Ensuring standard turnout times for problem resolutions are met
- Preparing timely weekly and monthly reports for the Management and the General Manager to ensure they are kept up to date with developments in the business operations
- Rectifying all Systems identified problems during the day to ensure that the organisation keeps 99.9% up time and boots customers' confidence and satisfaction
- Performing any other duties and responsibilities with the intent and scope of the job as directed by the Management or the General Manager
Required Skills or Experience
- Have a Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in Computer Science or Information Communication Technology
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in this capacity
- Microsoft/Cisco Certifications will be an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with little or no supervision and for extended hours
- Good reporting skills and ability to meet deadlines
