- Promote the concept of family planning through health education
- Work closely with clinics supervisors in service delivery especially in delegated areas of duty
- Assist in administering drugs prescribed by Doctors and Nurses to clients
- Assist in compilation of data and preparation of reports
- Assist in keeping the clinic equipments and facilities tidy
- Participate fully in MSIG Institutional strengthening and Capacity Building activities
- Support MSIG in achieving its centre targets
Required Skills or Experience
The person must:
- Hold a recognised certificate in community health nursing or healthcare assistant
- Experience in managing front desk and supporting clinical staff such as midwives and Medical Doctors in the performance of their duties
- These are local position. Interested Non-Ghanaians must therefore have the necessary legal permits required to work in Ghana
- Qualified Pensioned Midwives living in Tamale may apply to be engaged on contract
