Job Description

Duties:

• Co-ordination of New-Rivers bi-annual, Afro Governance and Economic performance awards
• Administration of standard client service policy to track the quality of customer service
• Submission of quarterly Global advertising performance report to determine marketing presence effectiveness and advertising cost management decisions
• Establishing the advertising and sponsorship schedule of the Business News of major global Television networks of Asia, the middle East, America, Europe and Africa
• Selecting and building Group investment and insurance product adverts in strategically chosen media companies that meet Group's marketing expectations
• Development of standard client service policies for employees of all Group businesses
• Brand building strategy implementation and analysis that make New-Rivers a point of reference in both local and international competitive markets
• Implementation of an effective customer recruitment and retention strategy
• Presentation and effective management of Group Advertising sponsorship policies and strategy that effectively combine social responsibility, shareholder return and sustenance of business relationship globally
• An effective analysis of corporate sponsorship proposal and request that promotes overall business goals of the group

Required Skills or Experience

• A minimum of Masters' Degree in Marketing, CIM Level III with four (4) years relevant work experience in the corporate world
• Excellent Communication and writing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships, pro-active, result oriented and highly innovative
• An experience in an advertising Company will be beneficial
• This position involves regular interaction with media companies and strong negotiation skills
• He or she will be Public Relations person of group local and international operations
