Job Description
The General Manager shall be responsible for the ultimate success of the establishment and shall ensure that everything runs smoothly. The position reports to the Chief Operating Officer
Role Specific Requirements:
- Deposit and investment mobilisation
- Set targets in consultation with the board and ensure they are met
- Must be involved with business planning and formulate establishment policies by regularly following the different changes in the financial regulations
- Creates a friendly environment in the establishment that keeps both customers and employees happy
- Must motivate and train his staff to keep up with a high standard and positively deal with customer complaints
- Create and analyse management information and reports, which are then given to staff and executive body
Required Skills or Experience
Minimum Qualification:
- 5- 10 years working experience with 3 years relevant work experience in similar role and knowledge of industry
- First Degree in real business administration, accounting or finance
- MBA a plus
- Good oral and written communication
- Strong IT background in MS suite
