Job Position Description:
Main purpose of the job Position:To assist the IT manager/Team Leader to ensure that the IT services for the Accra Office run at an optimal performance with minimal down time. Addition that, provide remote support to other African offices
Key responsibilities
- General PC maintenance
- Network support
- Setting up boardrooms (laptops, sound)
- Assisting with purchasing of PCs and equipment
- Attend to internal staff queries with regards to any IT related issues
- Maintain printers
Required Skills or Experience
Minimum qualifications:- A+,N+ &/or MCSE 2003
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in responsibilities above
- Knowledge of networking
- Excellent knowledge of Windows 200/xp/7 both x86 and x64
- Excellent knowledge of Office 2000/03/07
- Good knowledge of hardware and components
- Fault logging with Dell
- Customer service focus
- Problem solving skills
- Technically orientated person
