Job Position Description:
The Sales Division requires a dynamic individual with a passion for helping clients. The successful candidate will meet, propose and professionally advise client and the company on prospect of strategic financing options available to maximise sales and ensure customer satisfaction.Essential Duties:
- Provide comprehensive, high touch service and advice to clients and prospects on the various financing options.
- Collect the necessary documentation from clients and submit them to the finance partners.
- Follow-up on applications sent to the finance partners.
- Update on a daily basis the sales team on any on-going transactions during sales meetings.
- Negotiate best terms with the finance partners on a regular basis.
- Provide a weekly update on all activities.
- Produce monthly reports on activities to management.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by the Manager.
Required Skills or Experience
Characteristics Required:The individual must be energetic, should possess strong analytical skills and have the ability and confidence to negotiate at all levels.
Training & Experience:
- Undergraduate degree highly preferred
- Minimum of 2- 3 years experience in the financial services industry with financial sales experience.
- Strong client relationship building experience
- Team player and ability to work well under pressure
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability and the desire to sell and apply new sales techniques
- Expert user of MS Office Suite
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal guidance or supervision.
- Be extremely organised and have excellent time management skills
