Newmont Ghana Gold Limited a subsidiary of Newmont Mining Corporation, one of the World's largest gold mining companies.
The successful candidate will report to the Regional Supply Chain Management (SCM) Business Process Manager and will be responsible for proactive implementation of standardized processes, system, methods and data across all SCM functional areas within the region.
Essential Duties:

- Facilitate and/or drive process improvement projects and critical ERP implementation program in close coordination with functional teams and Regional Supply Chain Business Process Manager
- Work closely with functional team to validate process alignment
- Develop action plans to close gaps and audit results on-going compliance
- Provide guidance on application of continuous improvement tools for process improvement and problem solving
Required Skills or Experience
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field with experience in supply chain related/Mining
- Support experience or equivalent combination of training and experience as necessary
- Must have 1 - 2 years' experience in management leading teams and Supply Chain/Mining
- Knowledge of SAP, Ellipse or equivalent enterprise level software packages are required
