- The successful applicant should be able to: manage an Agency and take responsibility for whatever happens. Demonstrate commitment to the mission and vision of the bank
- Be conversant with general banking operations in the rural banking environment: preparation of weekly liquidity, reconciliation monthly and quarterly returns
- Ensure that good customer care and customer relationship is maintained in the bank/its Agencies. To keep an eye on branch staff and to monitor and control their performances
- To ensure that targets on Deposits mobilisation, loan recovery profits and shares are achieved
Required Skills or Experience
- A minimum of First Degree in Commerce/Administration Accounting Option; Professional Certificate in accounting/banking-ACCA, ICA (GH), ACIB, ICSA, CIM (UK) or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution
- Excellent Computer skills with expertise in Excel and Word. Knowledge in T24 Computer Software system will be an advantage
- The minimum of three (3) years working experience in a similar Position
