A leading West Africa Tour and Destination Management Company with offices in Accra is seeking to add to our team of experience Tour and Travel Professionals.The Challenge
- Respond to and qualify client enquiries regarding Tours, Meetings, Conventions, Accommodation and Transportation
- Consult and advise Tour Operators, Travel Agents and Organisations regarding all aspects of Destination Management Services in Ghana and neighbouring countries.
- Manage the sales and client service process from initial enquiry through pricing and service completion.
Required Skills or Experience
The ideal candidate will possess several of the following qualifications:
- University Graduate
- Experience or academic qualification in Marketing and Customer Service a major advantage
- Time spent schooling or working abroad preferred
- Experience or training in hospitality or tourism an advantage
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Advanced computer skills required
- Self-motivated and the ability to work with minimum supervision
- Be available to travel abroad for training and marketing assignments
