Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing (Nation-wide Vacancies)
Candidate to specify their current location in the Application/cv

• To Manage and control the front line sales team
• Annual and Monthly sales planning and help front line officers to achieve their targets
• Liaison with banks to arrange finance for the retail customers
• Effective implementation of Sales Process
• Handling of various marketing activities for the automobile business by the way of coordinating with various media agencies and houses
• Team building for Sales and Marketing departments and hand holding the team to achieve the desired targets
• New product launches
• Competitors tracking

Remuneration: The positions come with attractive remuneration package commensurate with experience, accomplishment and expected performance and results

Required Skills or Experience

• MBA (Marketing) or Graduate in Business Management from a recognized institution
• Eight (8) years of sales and marketing experience out of which 5 years in Automobile industry will be preferred
• Result oriented person, having good experience of handling front liners
• Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
• Proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
• Must be computer literate having knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint & outlook
• Must be between 30 - 40 years of age
