In order to advance our position as the market leader, we invite applications from highly motivated and suitably qualified BSc/HND Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical & Agricultural Engineers for employment in the service Department of the Company;

- Create immediate, short, medium & long term work plans with the available resources in the Component Re-build Centre (CRC)
- Maintain a Work in Progress (WIP) schedule System
- Manage CRC Schedules and rebuild optimisation
- Develop & manage labour schedules & utilization, tagging and labeling of components received at the CRC
- Review work order, schedule performance of targets vs, actual turnaround times & develop a strategy to improve performance
- Develop & report on monthly and annual component rebuild projections
- Liaise with the Central Inventory Control (CIC) to ensure stocking levels match forecast components re-build projections
- Ensure 100% parts list are reviewed and compared to completed jobs
- Carry out contamination control, tooling & workshop housekeeping audits
Required Skills or Experience
- Bsc/HND Mechanical, Automotive, Engineering, Electrical & Agricultural Engineering (requirements not essential)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- A good product knowledge and sound technical background
- Must have good supervisory skills
- Must be a good team player
- Must be a self starter
- Must have at least (3) years post-qualification relevant experience in a related field
