Job Description
A reputable company needs Financial & Administrative Manager as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform financial & Administrative Duties
  • Manage the financial close process for monthly, quarterly and annual financials.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all invoicing
  • Document existing processes and controls for major business cycles, including but not limited to Revenue (Order-to-Cash) and Cost of Sales; and recommend process improvements
  • Work closely with Sales Controller to ensure adherence to credit policies
  • Oversee invoicing and collection activities
  • Prepare budget/projections, financial statement analysis
  • Prepare profit & loss transactions
  • Cash Flow management
