• The Rector is the Chief Executive and Chief Administrative Officer of the University College who is responsible for the efficient management of both the Accra and Kumasi Campuses.

Required Skills or Experience

• The Rector would be required to provide outstanding Leadership to enhance the profile of UCOMS both in Ghana and abroad
• The prospective Rector may come from both Industry or Academia and will be expected to build long term relationship with leading Universities worldwide
• He/she will be expected to introduce innovative and creative programmes related to modern economic demands and have passion for excellence
