Redis Construction Ghana Limited is a multi-disciplined company specialising in customised construction contracting in structural steel, mechanical, platework, piping.

Required Skills or Experience

Generic Requirements:

• Applicants must have at least 10 years of work experience in a construction environment
• Applicants must be technically qualified via a trade/technical or tertiary institution. Must be able to demonstrate competence
• Must be a self starter and display the ability to work under pressure
• Must have experience in working on Structural, Mechanical and Piping projects - this not negotiable and applicants that do not possess this experience will not be considered for an interview
• Must be able to display excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Artisans will need to practically demonstrate their competency

Specific Requirements: Artisans

• Must have passed a relevant trade test or be in possession of proof of qualification by an accredited testing facility. This must be presented
• Must be able to practically demonstrate trade/competency
• Must be able to interpret Drawing/Specification/Isometric Drawings/Plans etc
• Must be able to understand and implement the safe working procedure
