The successful candidate for this role will be someone entrepreneurial and eager to take on the challenges - and rewards - of a start up organization.
Job Summary:
- Provide strategic analysis and critical thinking to further company goals.
- Ensure effective overall strategies for sales and distribution of all DKT products, across channels.
- Manage marketing and distribution strategy to trade to achieve sales and distribution targets.
- Manage relationships with logistics distribution partners.
- Responsible for cash flow with DKT clients.
Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- People management training, Communication skills development program, Negotiation skills development programMinimum 7 years FMCG sales experience, Experience in international company, Track record of successful P&L management and sales growth, Proven track record of managing and inspiring people.
