Job Vacancy Description:

Our client is a worldwide leader specialized in the sale of technical solutions in the mining and oil & gas industries. They are currently looking for a Country Sales Representative in Ghana and surrounding region, who will drive the company's business in the mining sector.

• Ghana / M/F / Excellent Package

As the only key representative of the company in Ghana, you are in charge of developing the sales and marketing strategy in your sales territory. Directly reporting to the Line Manager based in Europe, you will be responsible for:

• Bring new opportunities to a concrete development and drive sales process
• Developing and implementing innovative marketing plan and a key account program
• Liaising with product development and bringing new business leads,
• Minimizing commercial risk when developing sales contracts
• Securing the contracts legal aspects
• Maintaining a monthly rolling order and shipment forecast for all key accounts
• Providing regular updates to Line Manager
• Following the company Health and Safety policy

This is a true entrepreneur position, as you will be the first employee of this group in this country.

Required Skills or Experience

• For this versatile role, the ideal candidate will have a university degree and a minimum of 5 years experience in the mining industry
• You have a sound and proven commercial experience in Ghana, preferably combined with a technical background
• You have an entrepreneur mindset and proven sales track records
• Customer oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills, you have the ability to work autonomously
• You have very good skills in English
