Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to Director, Performance Management Monitoring and Evaluation;
- Develops the framework for performance management system for institutions;
- Monitors and Evaluates performance Management implementation of Public Service institutions;
- Advices on Performance Management Indicators:
- Prepares quarterly and annual reports of the Directorate
- Performs other cognate duties
Required Skills or Experience
- A Second degree from a recognised University in Human Resource Management, Administration or Social Science.
- A minimum of ten (10) years post qualification relevant work experience, three (3) years of which should have been in a Senior Management position:
- Membership of a recognised Professional Body will be an added advantage
Must possess demonstrable expertise in the following areas:
- Performance Management;
- Design and implement Monitoring and Evaluation system;
- Leadership, Administrative and Supervisory skills;
- Computer Literacy;
- Strong Analytical and quantitative skills;
- Good leadership skills; and
- Negotiation skills
