Job Description

  • Deliver the full range of product and service information to clients
  • Deliver relevant institutional information to all clients with high clarity
  • Open accounts for clients who meet the requirements criteria. 
  • Disburse approved loans to clients and explain in details their responsibilities
  • Perform all non-cash transactions defined in the relevant policy, manual processes and procedures
  • Receive all client complaints and ensure that complaints are addressed by the respective departments
  • Screen loan applications and conduct appraisals for further decision making
  • Follow up loan application of clients and ensure that loans are disbursed or other wise and communicated to clients in good time
  • Regular calls and visits to existing portfolio clients and also prospecting for new clients
Required Skills or Experience
  • HND or University degree in a related field
  • At least 1 year work experience in Customer Service
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Good selling and persuasive abilities
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of the Account Management Manual
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team working abilities
  • Computer literate
