Job Description
- Ensure customers satisfaction and monitor and improve branch efficiency and profitability
- To work under the Supervising Manager
- Should be able to manage an agency/branch and assist the Supervising Manager in the efficient operations of the bank/agencies including the implementation of policies and procedures
- Preparation of liquidity, monthly returns, reconciliation, and general supervision of the central accounts/banking hall
- Should have good human relations and communication skills
- Co-operate with other functional managers in the promotion of equity in the entire bank
- Ensure that good customer care and customer relationship is maintained in the bank/its Agencies. To support and critically assess the loan appraisals and loans submitted by loan officers
Required Skills or Experience
- A minimum of First Degree in Commerce/Administration, Accounting Option; Professional Certificate in accounting/banking - ACCA, ICA (GH), ACIB, ICSA, CIM (UK) or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution
- Excellent Computer skills with expertise in Excel and Word. Knowledge in T24 Computer Software system will be an advantage
- A minimum of five (5) years working experience in a similar position
