Job Description

This is an Executive level position and the successful candidate will report directly to the Human Resource and Administrative Manager.

• He/She will support the HR and Administrative Manager in the planning, development and implementation of Corporate HR strategies to manage all levels of about 3,000 employees (regular and technical contract) of the Company

Required Skills or Experience

• The successful candidate, aged between 35 and 45 years should possess at least a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from a reputable university and should have extensive experience in Recruitment, Wage and salary Administration, Performance Management System, Training and Development, Budgeting and Industrial Relations.
• He/She should have a high level knowledge of Excel and other HR-related software and must be a member of the Institute of Human Resource management practitioners, Ghana (IHRMP). Experience in residing with all levels of employees will be a big plus
