Job Description
The Ministry of Youth and Sports invites applications from suitably qualified Ghanaians who are goal oriented, results driven with exceptional leadership qualities and enthusiasm for appointment to the following position in the National Sports College.
Objective of the position:
To provide technical and leadership support for the achievement of the mandate of the College

- To ensure that approved policies in the organisation on technical issues are implemented for the smooth running of the college
- To ensure the availability of facilities necessary to support the implementation and other functions of the college
- Leads in the design, review and execution of technical programmes for the college
- To provide technical leadership for development of policies plans and programmes
Required Skills or Experience
- A minimum of a Master's Degree in Sports Administration or any related discipline from a recognised institution
- A minimum of twelve (12) years post qualification relevant working experience, five (5) of which should be in technical capacity in a reputable institution
- Familiarity with the operations and management of Sports programmes
- Knowledge of projects and programmes implementations and management
- Capacity to inspire and motivate people
- Communication, writing, reporting and presentations skills
- Knowledge in financial procurement, budgeting and auditing regulations
